Shaheed Keshvani is a Level 3 Qualified Coach, Cricket Specific Athletic Trainer and former International Cricket Player who brings experience, knowledge, passion and skilled training to athletes and teams throughout the world. In addition Shaheed works as a high performance Personal Trainer to various international athletes.

Shaheed demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of mental and technical skills in the areas of fitness, batting, bowling and fielding. He can effectively communicate and demonstrate this to players in any environment, at any level.

His wide variety of roles and experiences in Sports and Cricket have provided him with excellent communication and organizational skills, allowing him to deliver on several different tasks simultaneously.

Shaheed strives to always demonstrate and maintain a positive rapport with fellow coaches, players and members. His leadership style and energetic outlook inspires players to take accountability and ownership of their training while working towards optimal performance.

Shaheed will check-in with you every 2 weeks for the duration of your program to see how things are progressing
